A Study on Multiple Rotor Helicopter for Industrial Application

Abstract

This paper discussed the design of a 6-rotor helicopter. The helicopter is equipped with an inertial measurement unit, a GPS sensor, a pressure sensor, three gyroscope sensor, and two main microcontroller. The 6-rotor helicopter has been successfully designed and have achieve a good altitude control, autonomous hovering and GPS based autonomous way-point flight.
