Flight Control and Navigation System of a Portable Tail-Sitter UAV

Abstract


The flight control and navigation system of a portable tail-sitter UAV is researched in this paper. Firstly, the hardware of the flight control and navigation sytstem is designed, and the software composition and architecture are detailed. Secondly, as the kernel of the system, the architecture of flight control and navigation strategies are presented. Thirdly, the attitude controller are presented and researched. Finally, the flight experiments simulation of this portable tail-sitter UAV are implemented.
